Question No.2 In Perspective of the current evolution of computerized information system where does the Information system lies in this scenario (which parts of the given scenario are the possible parts of information system) Scenario Let say that you are pollen allergic Patient and visits a doctor, you first inform the doctor about the symptoms. Doctor examines you on the basis of this information provided and after brief checkup and discussion makes diagnosis and later the doctor determines the treatment to heal the patient. For example, based on the analysis, the doctor may write you a prescription for some medication. Finally, the doctor must document the symptoms, the diagnosis, and the treatments. Finally the collected data is stored in the software system. |
